West Coast Bins Pty Ltd, trading under various names including Coastal Waste Bins, Coastal Waste Management, Recover Bins, and Recycling Bins, is committed to providing our customers with a high level of after-sales service. If you change your mind or no longer require our services before the delivery date of your ordered skip bin, we offer the following:
Full refunds will be issued, less a $10 booking fee.
You will be entitled to a full refund (excluding the $10 booking fee) if you, the customer, cancel your order by contacting West Coast Bins Pty Ltd no less than 24 hours prior to delivery, either via email at email@example.com or by phoning 1300 110 132.
You will also be entitled to a full refund (excluding the $10 booking fee) in the unlikely event of non-delivery of your bin. This refund does not apply to preferred delivery times within the same day; it is only applicable to cases of NON-DELIVERY. However, if the service provider reschedules the delivery or collection of the bin, the above refund policy becomes null and void.

After delivery, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the skip bin has been filled or not. All charges are applicable.
Partial refunds will be issued:
You will be entitled to a partial refund if you, the customer, cancel an order less than 24 hours prior to the Delivery Date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the charged amount and payable to West Coast Bins Pty Ltd.
Cancellations on the delivery date will also incur a call-out fee directly payable to West Coast Bins Pty Ltd.
The $10 booking fee is non-refundable.
Refunds will ONLY be made payable to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation.
